43-homes approved on the Tiburon Peninsula

A Tiburon property owner comes one step closer to seeing their decades-long dream of developing 43-homes on the Tiburon Peninsula come true.

Last Tuesday, county supervisors reaffirmed a 30-year old agreement to subdivide 110-acres along Paradise Dr. The 1976 agreement with Martha Co. (landowners) allows for a new 43-home subdivision along Paradise Dr., as well as the possibility of more building on the ridgeline.

The Planning Commission has 14-months to review the plan and we expect an intense fight by Tiburon residents. Obviously, there’s much concern by neighbors over the potential impact of the development of Martha's land and you can be sure it will continue to be challenged.
